Things that make me smile

The other day, I went to tuck my daughter in bed (she’s still young enough that she needs to be tucked) and discovered that she had taken a copy of my romance in with her and was trying her very best to read it.  Since it’s a short, sweet contemporary, I wasn’t worried that the content was too mature.  But I was tickled because her tastes generally run to Disney princesses and Hannah Montana.  I’m sure that in a couple of years when she becomes a teenager, these days will be distant memory, but right now she thinks I’m very cool, and she is my biggest fan.
